Beautiful soul of coffee

Between the metro station and residential area, which exudes a fully Korean atmosphere, GaBaeMiHon is situated. I’ve never been to Japan, but I imagine if I were in a café there, it might be like this one. It’s not just because of their name being from Japanese, but also their exterior and interior design. “GaBae” means coffee and “MiHon” means beautiful soul in Kanji.

Stay classic

Their classic interior brings us to an elegant atmosphere. The owner and staff are dressed in suits, resembling professional bartenders or butlers. GaBaeMiHon roasts coffee beans themselves and brews them using hand drip methods. They also offer Americano, latte, and a selection of cakes at affordable prices. 

Perfect butler

I always order hand-drip coffee here but struggle to select coffee beans. So, I choose the master’s choice. The master asks about my preferences and tries to match the proper coffee beans. They don’t offer an afternoon tea set, but cheesecake with hand-drip coffee is perfect for relaxation.
